Schmincke Norma Professional Artistsā€™ Oils offer a balanced spectrum of 84 vibrant, lightfast colours. The finest traditional and modern pigments have been used in the highest concentrations, guaranteeing a maximum spreading rate with exceptional luminosity and brilliance throughout the range.
Each colour goes through a careful preparation process, including being traditionally ground on rolling mills and then aged for three months before bottling. The finely ground pigments are bound with pure high-grade plant oils to ensure excellent adhesion, maximum pigment absorption, a uniform drying time, and minimise any tendency for yellowing.
All 84 colours offer maximum lightfastness (4 to 5 stars) and the range consists of traditional and modern hues including 27 transparent colours. Norma Professional Oils have a smooth and creamy texture making them effortless to apply and blend.
